Freelance Audio Engineer

Rick began his audio career at Fanshawe college studying Music Recording Engineering in 1984.  

Throughout his career he has worked in world class recording & mixing studios with

Gold and Platinum recording Artists.

​

He has had the opportunity to work and evolve his skill sets to include audio Engineering for Music, TV, Radio Commercials, Film & Documentary, Mastering Engineer and Designing Audio Studios.

 

In 1997 he was offered the opportunity to join Sheridan College and start on a new path of teaching and providing technical support to students.

In 2000 he designed and equipped the new Sheridan College ATVF audio studios to create a leading edge facility to both increase the quality of current audio productions and to give the students an experience to learn and operate similar technology within the current Film and Music Industry.

Today, he continues to mentor and support student audio productions and maintains all studio maintenance including new room designs and builds.

​
